Historical background of the WHO in relation to the declaration of the Corona pandemic in 2020, the second pandemic ever declared.

   – World Health Organization (WHO) declares pandemic for the first time in it’s 40 year’s existence for the swine flu, N1H1 virus, started in Mexico

2. When the WHO declares a pandemic most countries in the world have the contractual obligation to acquire vaccines in mass amounts.
   In other words, countries had already made deals with the big pharmaceutical multinational companies to do so, some time before.
   Questions
   – When did each country make such deal?
   – What arguments to justify such great obligation?
   – Was this made public and democratically decided for?
   – Were risks and costs democratically approved?
   – Which individual persons were involved in actually making this deal?
   – Where was it announced?
3. German Velasquez (Colombia – strangely not mentioned in Wikipedia???)
   was a WHO executive for over twenty years, in charge of the drug program in that period (part of the “expert committee”?)
   He “was against the declaration of the pandemic” and was not allowed to participate in the meeting with the pharmaceutical companies.
   In his words: “The declaration of the pandemic was the deal of the century.” (for the pharmaceutical industry)
   He does not know of any of his 2.500 colleagues at the WHO taking the vaccine for the swine flu, not even Margaret Chan herself.
   The documentary does not mention that German had been attacked three times in 2001 when he investigated the pricing policies of the pharmaceutical industry.
4. Italy payed 184 Million Euros for 24 Million doses – less than 1 Million doses were used.
   In Germany only 5% is used.
   How about the other countries? And the total?
   How about the needless production and discharge of, most probably ecologically toxic, vaccines?
5. In the end the N1H1 virus causes fewer deaths than seasonal flu
   the pandemic turns out to be unfounded.

Transcript of the video In 2009 the world was in alarm
for another virus: H1N1. The new swine flu that rages in Mexico
has pandemic potential, says the WHO. Swine flu H1N1 arrived in Europe.
There is a confirmed case. Started in Mexico, H1N1 flu
infected the world in a few months. On June 11, for the first time in 40 years,
the WHO declares a pandemic. I have decided to increase the alert level
for pandemic influenza, from phase 5 to 6. The activation of level 6 has triggered
the purchase of vaccines. The declaration of the state of pandemic
taken by the WHO expert committee, …triggered the obligation to purchase
vaccines from all countries, including Italy.

The components were secret…

…with the hypothesis that keeping them secret
protected them from the influence of industry. So the accusation actually was,
the WHO declared… When you declare a pandemic,
you set off the contracts. Italy was bound by a contract with
multinational pharmaceutical companies… …to a purchase of vaccines,
only in the event of a pandemic. Italy bought, I believe,
24 million doses of vaccines. German Velasquez, was a senior WHO executive,
for more than twenty years. He was in charge of
the drug program… …and today reveals some details of what
happened in those days within the WHO. At the time, a task force of about twenty
people was created which I was part of. But at the meeting with the
pharmaceutical industries, …that would produce the vaccines,
I was not allowed to participate. When I arrived I got stopped at the entrance
and was told: “No, you are not allowed to enter.” I was against declaring tha pandemic,
they didn’t like this approach. According to you, declaring the pandemic
by the World Health Organization… …favored the great pharmaceutical
industries on that occasion?

It was clearly the business of the century.

Who got vaccinated
for the H1N1-W virus in the WHO? I personally did not get vaccinated
and of the 2,500 colleagues… …who worked at the WHO
headquarters in Geneva, …I don’t know
of anyone who did it.

And I will tell you more.

Four months after the vaccine came out, in a
press conference, they asked Margaret Chan: “Madam director general
did you got vaccinated?” And she replied,
“I was too busy, I had no time.” On balance, only a few million people
were vaccinated in Europe, …but the operation had cost
the countries hundreds of millions of Euros. Italy paid 24 million doses
for 184 million euros.

Just over 900,000 doses were used.

In the end H1N1 causes fewer
deaths than seasonal flu. The pandemic risk
turned out to be unfounded. And in the end we were left
with vaccine stocks…

Yes, I don’t know what happened to it.

I believe we then ‘donated’ them
to some developing country… …that I don’t know
what they could do with it. Even in Germany the campaign
against H1N1 failed.

Only 5% of the population was vaccinated.

Since 2009, Wofgang Wodarg has
denounced a counterfeit pandemic. He was then chairman of the
European Health Commission. According to him,
the experts knew about the low risk, …but they chose to favor the finances
of the pharmaceutical laboratories. In 2009 we had no data,
which showed the morbidity and mortality… … associated with a phase 6 pandemic
and declare this level of alert. So, the WHO had its finger on the trigger,
the operation had been prepared willingly. The WHO had to declare the pandemic,

How influential is the conflict of interest
with pharmaceutical companies within the WHO? WHO reflects the weaknesses, contradictions,
inconsistencies of the states that make it up.

Doubt comes up reflecting those weaknesses,

…because when an entity is weak it is easier
to penetrate by those who know how to lobby. In the case of the swine flu,
pandemic was declared after forty years. But it turns out that perhaps that declaration was
related to the need to enforce contracts… …that states had with the pharmaceutical companies,
concerning the purchase of vaccines. Which then turned out
to be a kind of flop. Also because the same
members of the WHO… …who had voted in favor of
declaring the pandemic,

… hadn’t even taken a vaccine themselves.

One can say in the end, behold,
this feels a bit ridiculous. An observer might say, if this is the organization,
it’s better to shut it all down. Ebola was the other story where
the WHO revealed many weaknesses, …for his own mission, mind you!
For his own mission. After Ebola a contingency fund was created in 2015,
which since then to today, …funded by 18 of 194 governments
that are part of the WHO,

…has raised 114 million $.

– In… five years?
– In five years. So practically nothing.
Nothing… crumbs!

Because in the end it is a question of crumbs.

That fund was set up
after the Ebola outbreak, …because it was necessary to provide the
WHO with the necessary resources to invest,

…in the event of a health emergency.

Precisely based on the experience
of Ebola in 2015… Bill Gates brought together
the cream of scientists in Seattle. Showing a virus behind him, with
an incredible resemblance to Covid 19, …announcing what would become
the most announced pandemic in history.

Is he a sincere philanthropist, Bill Gates?

When I was a boy, the catastrophe
that worried us most was nuclear war. That’s why we had a barrel like this
in the cellar, full of food and water. Today the greatest risk
of global catastrophe…

instead it looks like this.

If anything kills 10 million
people in the next few decades… …is more likely to be a
highly contagious virus…

Who knows who Bill Gates
was talking about, …because if he talked about
the unpreparedness of the WHO… …and who makes the choices

see who is conditioning it…

…who contributes to it’s funding.

Its budget totaled $ 5.6 billion
over the past two years, …but the fixed quotas paid by the states
do not even reach a 20%. Today, an organization that controls
more or less 20% of its budget… …is, as you can understand,
an organization that is unmanageable. The WHO has turned into
a kind of “service provider”. 80% of the budget is paid by states
and individuals on a voluntary basis, …they donate the money and
decide what they spend on. The WHO has been privatized
in the past twenty years. The operation was completed
by director Margaret Chan…

…during her three-year term.

For whom was it convenient to turn
the WHO, in fact, into a private agency?

Mainly in the pharmaceutical industry.

What is the weight according to you,
objectively, …the weight of pharmaceutical
companies within WHO today.

It is very, very, very, very strong!

donors, it happens, …that they are totally protected by the
countries in which they are located.

The main donor, the USA, announced

American tax payers provide…

…between $ 400 million and $ 500 million
per year to the World Health Organization, in contrast, China contributes roughly
$ 40 million and even less. But after the US, the second donor
to the WHO is not a state, but Bill Gates. His foundation puts over half a billion $
in the WHO every two years, in fact, it is he who establishes
the organization’s priorities, …for example, investing
in polio instead of malaria. The funds come from
the family trust… …where they receive the revenues
from his investments in the health sector. He also has investments in
the pharmaceutical industries.

“Report” found that the Gates trust…

…has invested in stocks in the
healthcare field, for about $ 320 million. If Gates, as donor, would condition
where the WHO should invest, …the conflict of interests
would be enormous. The trust makes investments
and generates the bulk of money,

…which then goes to the foundation.

We’re talking about great figures,
that is, over 5 billion dollars. The foundation, at this point,
distributes this money. Practically, it’s not a state,
but it’s like it’s a superpower, as if he were actually the
195th member of the WHO. But in reality, perhaps the concept
of state here is outdated.

So he does what he wants.

So you say, has Bill Gates has actually
become the owner of the WHO? I give you a very shocking example,
which I saw when I was at the WHO. Bill Gates was invited to the
World Health Assembly by the director. He had 40 minutes to speak
to the health ministers. No minister of health
from any country in the world, …whether it’s France,
Italy or England, …has more than 5 minutes to
speak to the world assembly. This man may have a lot of money,
but he is not a public health expert. Bill Gates is killing the WHO
and is trying to show the world, … that he is a great philanthropist,
who cares about the health of humanity. Number one, the most important
private funder is Bill Gates. In the past two years he has funded
around half a billion dollars. He is the second largest funder of the WHO,
more than a state, more than the other states. And he also decides the policies,
the strategies of the WHO. Decides whether to invest in
a polio vaccination campaign, …rather than malaria,
which actually causes more deaths.

Now, Gates said:

“I am working on the production of the Covid-19
vaccine and it will be accessible to everyone.” Yes, but at what price?
And then the patent, will it be a free patent? Precisely he,
who built his fortune on patents. He takes the money from his family trust
and puts it in the foundation… …and from the foundation
they end up in the WHO. But the money that comes into the trust,
we from “Report” found out, …also come in part from
investments in the healthcare world. We’re talking about
323 million $ in 2018, …that he would have invested also
in the major pharmaceutical companies, …even those that produce
and distribute vaccines:

Novartis, Pfizer, Merck, Medtronic.

Also, 237 million were invested,

…at least until a year ago,

…in the “Walgreens Boots Alliance”,

…the company that distributes drugs to
wholesale and retail halfway around the world. Moreover, Bill Gates also made a deal
through Microsoft, …to build and manage the computer network
of this same company. In this way it serves to hoard
health data on prescriptions,

…to know which drugs are most sold…

…and consequently to
invest in those drugs.

More money for his trust
that shift to his foundation, …then he dresses up as philanthropist
to donate it ( saving taxes! ) to the WHO, ….where he then determines
those health policies …on vaccination campaigns
or pharmaceutical treatments, …maybe produced by those
multinationals where he invested. Here, in short, more than a conflict,
it seems a world view. Chapeau, mr. Gates,
but we believe ,,, …that the health of the world population
deserves something better.

What Gates has done is…

( he is the second biggest giver
to the WHO after the United States ) …that 10%, that marginal 10%
have given him dictatorial control… … towards a kind of a
central preocupation with vaccines. …and that’s exactly
what their describing says! They’re putting two of the most dangerous words
together in every article about this vaccine…

Declaring the pandemic triggered the obligation by contract for all countries to buy millions of vaccines, paying billions of Euros to pharmaceutical companies, making it their “deal of the century”.
Later, the pandemic turned out to be unfounded, N1H1 produced less victims than an ordinary flu and hardly anyone took the vaccine, not even the people from the WHO who voted to declare the pandemic.
Could the same be happening with the 2020 Covid 19 / Corona virus pandemic, on even a greater scale? More…
