(3) your Earth Protectors <\/em>
\nStatement of Conscience,<\/em><\/p>\n

(4) your Earth Protectors <\/em>
\nHarm and Submissions Dossier<\/em><\/p>\n

and (5) the Continuity of Exhibits <\/em>
\nWitness Statement.<\/em><\/p>\n

As a conscientious protector, <\/em>
\nyou are seeking justice.<\/em><\/p>\n

This can only occur <\/em>
\nwhen there has been a proper examination…<\/em><\/p>\n

of the evidence of the serious harm <\/em>
\nyou have sought to prevent.<\/em><\/p>\n

These documents are designed <\/em>
\nto supplement your defence…<\/em><\/p>\n

and assist you, <\/em>
\nyour lawyers and the court.<\/em><\/p>\n

To the documents:<\/em><\/p>\n

Firstly: <\/em>

to set out the evidence <\/em>
\nof what the serious harm is.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nrequires a bit of work to prepare.<\/em><\/p>\n

Reach out to your community;<\/em><\/p>\n

you will find that much <\/em>
\nof what you require will be there.<\/em><\/p>\n

And fifthly and finally is the <\/em>
\nContinuity of Exhibits Witness Statement.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nwill be required by the court…<\/em><\/p>\n

so that the provenance of the exhibits<\/em>
\nare established and presented to the court.<\/em><\/p>\n
